The WPO's "50 Fastest"

The WPO’s “50 Fastest” creates an opportunity for women to be recognized among peer entrepreneurs at the top of their game. 

The Women Presidents Organization and JPMorgan Chase will be sharing the 15th annual “50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies” ranking.

Founded in 1997, the WPO is the premier peer advisory organization connecting women who own multi-million-dollar companies, with more than 2,000 members across 11 countries.

WPO CEO Camille Burns says, "Recognition plays an important role in helping to improve the environment for today’s women entrepreneurs and level the playing field for future leaders. The 50 Fastest ranking showcases and celebrates women who are leading some of the fastest-growing businesses around the globe, and provides significant brand exposure."

Congratulations to Chicago members Michelle Vondrasek, Catherine Tojaga and Shelly Sun for making the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies - presented by the Women Presidents’ Organization and sponsored by American Express Global Corporate Payments.

For just the second time, nominations were open to global entries. The 50 Fastest generated a combined $4.4 billion in 2014 revenues (mean of $88.3 million) and collectively employed 31,121 in 2014 (mean of 692).

Seeking: 50 Fastest-Growing Woman-Owned or Woman-Led Companies

The Women Presidents' Organization is in search for the 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned or Women-Led Companies in North America! Applications are now being accepted through Wednesday, February 10th. Yes, that's right. Only two days left to make your move.

To be eligible, companies must be:

• Privately owned
• Women-owned/led
• Must have generated $500,000 in annual revenues by the first week of 2005
• Must have reached revenues of $2 million by year-end 2009
